For the UAS industry to continue growing sustainably, expanding the range of missions these Aircrafts can undertake in Civil Operations, and in many cases, replacing traditional aviation, it is essential to conduct operations safely, adhering to the standards and best practices of conventional Aviation Safety.


Based on current European and national regulations, ABSANT CONSULT provides specialised Civil Aviation Consulting for Drone Operating Companies and their Professionals in the EU.


ABSANT CONSULT work is based on the following technical standards of the Civil Aviation industry, supplementing these with best practices and those published by the relevant Aeronautical Authorities of the countries of its potential clients:

- International standards published by ICAO,
- European standards published by the EU, EASA;
- National standards published by NAAs.

 

For Specific Category Operators:

- Development of the Operations Manual for UAS activities, based on the Client’s ConOps, including Emergency Response Manuals (ERP) and Exercises;
- Development of the Internal Training Programme and management of Pedagogical Quality in Training;
- Support the development of Safety Management, particularly in the design, documentation and implementation in accordance with requirements of the Standard Scenarios (STS) Operations or with SORA and PDRAs methodologies;
- Assistance in submitting to the NAAs, the requests for obtaining Operational Authorisations (in accordance with SORA and PDRA requirements) or submitting the Declaration for Operating in the Standard Scenarios (STS).
